All staff are entitled to: - **Annual:** 21 days/year (carry up to 10 to next year) - **Casual:** 7 days/year (deducts from annual) - **Sick:** up to 180 days/year, requires medical certificate - **Maternity:** 120 days, fully paid - **Paternity:** 3 days, fully paid - **Hajj:** 30 days once in your tenure, requires documentation - **Unpaid:** as needed, manager approval required All requests go through the People app. Approvals usually within 1 working day.
