We're small enough that culture is set by the way we treat each other day to day. The non-negotiables:
1. **Customer-grade craft.** If we wouldn't be proud to deliver it, we don't ship it.
2. **Quiet recognition.** Celebrate teammates one-on-one and in kudos. Avoid public scoring.
3. **Showrooms set the standard.** Office staff visit a showroom once a month. No exceptions.
4. **Friday is reflection day.** KPIs are 15 minutes of honest writing, not 2 hours of polish.
5. **Egypt time.** We respect prayer times, family obligations, and Cairo traffic. Plan around them.
